AFPW didn't twist anyone's arms and/or "Made Them" make purchases of its shares!


But it DID provide Safe Harbor Statements to INFORM EVERYONE what would likely happen if they were to BUY its shares!

Those that proceeded to do so in spite of, are on their own and there are no laws that could or would protect them from all incurred losses!

AFPW DID NO WRONG!
It is operating well within all legal provisions!

However, the MOST that can be done for those in the RED, would be to keep all receipts stored for next year's tax loss write offs!

Then consider all lessons learned!
