3) Notice of the new BYSD Petroleum management team put in place at Technis.
4) Notice of filling registration statement to initiate the quotation of its Common Stock on the OTC Bulletin Board.
5) Notice on (#4) completed OTC/BB quotation filing with details, ticker etc..

So, we have 5 possibly 6 PRs ( less if they can group them together) to look forward to, notifying the shareholders on each step of the filing/approval processes
