Here is example of simple but important skill which typically would not be found in every written process description; A formula may call for mixing of acid and water. The prerequisite skill (knowledge) is to know if it makes a difference if you add water to acid, or acid to water, or if it is needed to make the mix in a high O2 and/or H environment.
