Agreed. I have tried explaining to IR that they need to cancel the share increase as well as the R/S. They do not understand that if they cancel it the PPS would skyrocket and in turn the market value would appreciate accordingly. With that said they would have value to bring to the table to get a loan to close on those properties with ease. Even if they wanted to sell a far fewer shares at .10 or .15 would make a lot more sense then at sub penny. I have said my peace with IR and the company, lets see if they listen.
