Pretty strange stuff.
The case status this time yesterday was "open" and there was a Stipulation of Dismissal appearing in the docket.
Now the case status is clearly marked "closed" and the Stipulation of Dismissal has been removed from the docket.

In the absence of any further information it appears to be over.
