Creating an impressive plan is rather easy. It is the currency of penny stocks. The question is, obviously, can he follow through and is his progress INDEPENDENTLY verifiable?

Since the meeting is only about the "plan" it appears and the follow-through and verification is to come later...how does one get "closure" at the meeting to determine if it is "over" or not?

I guess each will make that judgment for themselves.
