If you wanna see what happens when a company "on the rise" does a R\S in order to uplist then watch Solar3D formally SLTD now SLTDD today.. They did a 26:1 R/S yesterday after the close from .18. Will open at 4.71 today. They have ALOT of news coming and catalyst in the near future such as an acquisition closing THIS WEEK. This will give you all an idea of what to expect of a R\S here.
