my understanding is the arbitration is binding, yet there are few items that could allow for an over-ruling...primarily related to issues around the arbitrators arbitration process..

The $50M is the minimum amount they are asking for...I would guess this is all based on lost market value, and dilution incurred expenses as a result of the CRO failure that impacted the company and its shareholder value...
