That is the one. Since releasing our story, Algae Dynamics released its 10Q showing it now has less than $7500 in cash. The company raised another 700,000 and the execs bought Mercedes. They will be looking to reverse merge in the near future as the SEC won't allow it to trade due to Sandra Elsley scam.

We will be releasing a follow up story this week summarizing more background information and 10Q highlights.
