Has a big probability of going to a penny. It showed up on my stock screener at my brokerage for a breakout safe play. If the DD works out (real company), lawyer clean, ceo clean, accountant clean I will be buying. From a technical point a view the stock is trading above its 50 mva .0004 and 200 mva .001. Getting above the wall of resistance was a big deal at .0003.

We are in a good season so many small caps and microcaps got beat up last fall. This might be a once in a life time opportunity.
