This board is comical. We have frackedup stating TMMI's impending failure. Everyone else is already buying their boats, cars and new homes.

In looking at history (I know, so many of you don't want to do that; especially with this stock) TMMI has many times announced things that seem to just nudge the pps. Not since the 2000 Pump and Dump was there real movement.

TMMI announced the Msft Media Foundation and nothing.
TMMI announced the lawsuit and nothing.
TMMI announced the android thing and nothing.
TMMI announced going to NAB and having private showings and nothing.
TMMI announced the server farm and nothing.
TMMI announced a joint venture with RTN and it went up for a few hours and then lost 67% of value in the following months.
TMMI announced Gepetto and nothing.
TMMI annonces Video Bank and a miniscule move. With this same letter to the shareholders, TMMI announces that there will be a Major announcement in a few weeks.
TMMI announces that it has won some of the points on the Dimension patent challenge, but not all of them. I think they did challenge all points but did not prevail on five of them. They then state they won all points?????

I think the letter to the shareholders came out due to large shareholder pressure on the management team as to what in the heck is going on. I also believe that this ill-advised lawsuit was born the same way after Dimension received patents for their development.

I liked the letter to the shareholders. What it basically said is that TMMI's efforts have received good marks in the RTN tests. It also brought out that TMMI has it's "proprietary codec." That's certainly new and it does not state that it was born utilizing Iterated's technology. Is this an escape from when they do sue HP, or if Dimension wins the lawsuit over VDK2.0? Ummmmm????
