Civil suit brought by Process against Highline et al for breach of contract. That's the short of it. Still open with nothing posted by the court since Dec 3. If I recall correctly Process was asking for
about $175,000. They also brought Fraud & Deceptive Trade Practice charges personally against Mr Coats but they were dropped.

It is WA County Arkansas case 13-CV-001050.

The Liens and Judgments against HTI amount to about $286,500 with the largest being the IRS Lien of $192,000.

fyi - The Launchit suit against HTI/AHS was dropped. Herbert Southern asked for more than the $25,000 awarded but lost on appeal.
