How do you know to say with certainty "everything is ready for production" or "license is imminent", unless someone can provide proof to back up those definitive statements? No one knows one way or another what's in the facility unless they have direct information and even if you think the judicial review action has a chance of ultimately leading to a permit, that's far from imminent.
