I have posted my thoughts on UDSG... and I am feeling like it is a pump and dump. The reason I feel that way is because attitude was fierce when I called their office, further, the local subway office hasn't returned my call... further, stock lemon could easily push out an update and send the share price in to a further decline. Right now, there is limited buying... and this could go either way. If they could show their true intrest in heading to a higher exchange by opening the books and putting out a 10-K... that could change a lot of minds here. If they would share exactly which locations of subway they are working with... and not just say 108 stores and 200 stores are "in the territory"... that could have an effect. On the positive side, I don't know why Subway corporate has no clue about UDSG... when I called, they simply had no information. However, UDSG is using the Subway logo, they are using a vanity phone number, therefore, Subway corporate had to sign off on this... right?
