A/S can be reduced without a R/S. R/S is typically used to decrease the O/S, but that doesn't seem like the plan here since O/S is small.

Not sure if the #'s I've got are quite accurate, then:
~ What do you know of the most recent SS?
(What is the current OS?)
~ Has there been any (recent) dilution by the company in Q1??
