Zolotas is a BS artist! Why do you think they were booted from the Nasdaq? Why do you think they were getting halted when they would release BS PR's? Look back! Zolotas filed a 6K on a PR saying that the Hanover Holdings deal was settled, when in fact it wasn't! But he filed that 6K and the Nasdaq called Zolotas' bluff! As long as they don't file a 6K, it seems they can get away with whatever BS story they want to put out there!
