Lesson 101, sec. 123: Why the "Scare Tactics" of Nah-Say'rs:
First ask yourself, why are these "Nay-Say'rs" continually show up in message boards of a particular stock? They actually have a vested interest in the stock at hand. Thus, in their mentality they wish to drive down the price of the stock, in order to pick up mega shares, either to lower their price/share or buy-in at lower prices. Then sell at a much higher price, maximizing profits when the stock soars, such as we have seen in VMGI.
The Sellers of these shares have little faith, afraid of the market, or happy to receive little in returns - such as "Tic-Flickers".
The bottom line is to do your own research based on valid market indicators, and not some "Joe" who appears to be disgruntled. If all you do is listen to "blogs" weed-out the facts from garbage and research those points of interest.
