You are saying you have a big shunk of the stocks (?%) since 6 years so what rights and influence does a shareholder as you have on the companies policy? Can you insist on getting annual/monthly financial reports?
Do you own 1%, 2%, 5%, 10% or even 20% of the 858mio outstanding shares.
Also Kent Carasquero, Claudio Lai and some other main investors have some major parts of the stocks. If the main part of the company exists of real big owners it's obvious that the exchange rate isn't moving and all these investors are waiting on the break out of this stock by growing as a company with real profits and real dividend.
Who knows when it is obligatory to report major investors (>5% ? or so).. Again I am not famliar with US legislation... who can help in this case....
