oh nooooooo...no share dilution!!!

after I bought yesterday, NITE dumped another 10 million on the ask!

I thought that Form 15 might be a sign that something is happening with this company.

Just checked out their website, twitter, and facebook.
Website looks good enough, phone still rings, although it's a robotic automated message. I thought maybe at least having a recording of a voice with a thick Louisianan accent would be a cool idea. Twitter hasn't been updated since February 2012. Facebook has one entry from Decemeber 2010.
