Buckeye18, I have not voted yet. I am indifferent at this point leaning to NO. I am waiting for an official statement from ECIG addressing why, EXACTLY, they NEED both a RS and the Prefs as well as their plan going forward post-vote. I want to hear the timing of the RS, if the goal is NASDAQ listing or to force shorts to cover? Most importantly I want to know the details of the conversion & voting rights on the Prefs.

If those issues are not addressed in writing I will vote NO just to send a message that shareholders demand transparency.
