That is really an unfair question to ask. No one can answer that. Trying to predict the future price of SVFC, or any penny stock for that matter, is fruitless. There are just to many variables in place that we are not privy to. Those variables will directly decide the future of the company and the PPS will react accordingly. We all know how penny stocks can be extremely volatile so nothing will be a surprise.
