Their joint ventures. The bottom line is that there are hundreds of OTC stocks that have billions of shares in their floats, are all hype, with no preospects, and trade well. This company has new prospects. I think that they will take off soon on news. The Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania is growing very rapidly.
