The Ruby will not open back up for exploration without more financing.

The only financing NBRI has available is toxic financing, and that hinges upon the VC's being able to recoup their previous funding plus profit thru the sale of discounted shares.

If people do not buy up the outstanding debt, the Ruby will not reopen.
