You keep speaking of a negative margin??? What model of business are you using?? This is a start up company still in it's growing stages. They are just now starting to secure major distribution. I am assuming you are adding in the development cost, which was a onetime expense. Now as sales continue to increase this will all balance out. The dolls are selling at industry standards for dolls of this type. All start up companies that actually sale a product go through the exact same thing.
