Have you checked what the so called 'contract' actually is with ECEM and Vega? I doubt you have seen any contract. It is a Letter of Intent (LOI) to buy bio-coal, meaning nothing in business. There is not really a 'Vega' needed to sell bio-coal of another company. And where are the certificates allowing the exportation of bio-coal to European market. Did you do this DD too? Checking with other bio-coal companies in Europe you can see that there is an extensive regulative process before a company's bio-coal product can enter the market.
