Choice #2 good but based on "hope". Choice #3 not necessarily the case. Need more Co. feed back on where they lean R/S ratio. This is doable by the Co. Keep in mind, the notes already have been tweaked. They can be tweaked again, especially if ECIG shows robust FINS!
