Another fine morning in the World of CEHD!!

I would think that CEHD approached MRVL with the idea or intent of buying either a certain line of chip or the exclusive right thereto! That would make sense if they intend to offer a phone of some sort that provides direct points of sales between their customer, the vendor of choice of the customer, and themselves. A sort of special chip capable of processing the original customer order ( food and delivery for example), the connection directly then to the provider, and also able to process the payment to two separate parties. The provider as one and CEHD as the internet order provider. Make sense now folks!?

With such a chip they could then sell or lease an order platform in the form of a phone or lesser communication device as well as add a very valuable sells item that is exclusive to themselves!!

JMO of course. But it does seem the most likely reason to approach a chip maker. N O T to get into the chip business.
