A few comments:

1) Concerning the Lerman lawyers, a Federal Rico lawsuit certainly would trump a site such as scam.com where anonymous people blog. Remember, always consider the source of information before you put any credence to it.

2) Concerning the 2 Mercks. There is the larger Merck that we all think of and then there is a smaller Merck in Europe, but not that small of a company. Sucanon was being distributed by the smaller Merck, but not any longer.

3) Concerning #3318 that says "one of only several drugs approved in the world". This is semantics. There are several insulin sensitizing drugs in the world. Avandia, Actos and Sucanon are the only ones in this category to my knowledge. Post #3319 says "approved in the world" is just misinterpreting what was said. This does not mean that the entire world has approved Sucanon, but rather that someone in the world (Mexico) has approved it. Please, everyone, lets not misconstrue things. It is just better to ask for some clarification.
