i noticed some of your exchanges with other aliases [here and in the jailhouse] regarding TOS/TOU issues, and particularly one individuals claims of inaction by admin of dispensing equal/fair "justice" towards moderators committing personal attacks, false accusations/lies and other various TOS/TOU...while the "common" poster/alias is at times collared for no apparent other reason than they are "out of favor" with admin and some posters who are frustrated because they are incapable of debating/discussion of factual DD [is their any other kind?] without attempts of unwarranted character assassination/attacks
ok, so its been over 2 months now since admin removed my grandfather "status" without cause [other than above], collared me to 3 posts a day, and i STILL have committed no TOS/TOU...so why am i still relegated to this limbo?
please dont pass the buck and say "ask matt", as he hasnt provided me with a valid response
if my situation here is simply because of "pressure" from other members and this is the quick fix way for admin to handle it because they are sick of hearing their whining...please just come out in public and state such
or if this is just an "oversight", please restore my account as it has been since september of year 2000
[note: since i do currently only have 3 posts a day, i will be inable to respond to the stalkers/attackers that have and do take advantage of that limitation...and who continue to taunt me in PM...which in itself is quite revealing of some individuals character]
