It could be possible that by dilution they try to push the holding of the traders out.
If someone holding 100 million shares with outstanding of 500 million he has 20 per cent if it is 1 billion its 10 per cent

It would make sence if the company is profitable and when all abandon ship the will announce the killing news like .....

I continue to accumulate at a slow pace
