Does anybody know what the hold-up is on the FONU share distribution to MDNT shareholders? Seems there was little to no hold-up on the transfer of assets from MDNT to FONU. Funny how that works, huh?? Use shareholder money to purchase or pay down debt on assets, transfer assets to another company, and leave previous shareholders with an empty shell. I guess we will receive our FONU shares after FONU is fully diluted to .0001. I'm guessing the FONU dilution does not want to compete with MDNT shareholders that decide to dump and run. What a crock!!
