Sorry to say this but after trying to search & look for any relationship or any link I found nil. The Prs seems misleading. One says Universal Energy Corp (uvse) and the other says Universal Energy Spolka z o.o is a potential buyer.
Also there is another one that has the same name Universal Energy Corporation, link below

SO the whole thing is very confusion. I would put too much hope on this until I see otherwise.
