I am and finally got IHUB

to change the stock symbol so that you can see the price chart, even though there is not Ask/Bid data on the grey sheets. Personally, I am waiting to see the OTC issue a Pinksheet symbol to Quest. In the meantime, Quest is quoted on the Toranto Stock Exchange.
