Maybe one reason for the lack of press releases and silence has nothing to do with a quiet period, etc. If you are in the midst of a negiotiation, regarding licensing, partnership and maybe an equity stake kicker, maybe, just maybe, if its important to the company, in an effort to be forthright, honest and sincere, you would not release press releases to try to boost the stock price, while negiotating an equity kicker. Especially on a thinly traded stock like CTIX.

Speculation maybe, reality maybe. Silence very unlike Leo. Must be a reason. Leo is a smart cookie, he might not want to lose credibilty with some short term pop in share price, while negiotiating something big. I agree with this, since I am long term, not interested in what it is selling at today, bought 1200 shares today at 3.45. Feel free to agree or disagree, just some food for thought. The silence is very unlike Leo, California superbug normally Leo would do a release the next day regarding our "astounding" results in this area. Something is up, IMHO, its very, very good.
