were talking about all the filings hitting to get the $60mil funding, not the volume traded, read the filing, insiders control much of this stock, no dilution and they have added thru purcheses, this is going to be a .10-.15 cent stock minimum shortly QLTS, updates and fins any day, PRs, funding, KABOOOMMM
