It does sound like a good compromise that will, hopefully, benefit shareholders. After having been burned by so many penny stocks (never been that good at picking), I can only wait and see if this stock will finally bring me back to black in my small portfolio. It has definitely been my gem so far. Go SYTE and new BOD. I do think the company still has lots of potential. I just hope the new BOD is committed to growth rather than sell off.
