I think Houston we have a problem.
with the word 'executed' in the doc.
at the very least confusing.
what was executed on the 17th?
its trading exactly the same is it did before.
as far as I know only finra can decide to approve
or not, a r/s. and shareholders get notified prior.
that's been my experience prior on r/s situations.
