Looks like March 22, 2013 I think was the last time we filed and I think they give us 2 years from then. If we don't file soon we will go grey. If we go grey Landon will either remain grey because I'm sure it's less of a headache for him which if happens he might get sued left and right so lets hope he has Dno insurance. OR He can file the 15c-211 once he is grey and get a broker dealer to sponsor him and file all of his financials to get back off the Greys. I have rarely seen a company get off the Greys but it IS possible IF the CEO wants to comply. PLEASE LANDON DONT LET THIS GET TO THE GREYS.
