I don't know about the 6-month time frame, but in 12 months the "beta slippage" decline-over-time phenomenon will have seriously vitiated the upward potential for UWTI. You'd likely be better off buying one of the healthier E&P companies that could get you better leverage on oilprice if WTI goes to $100.

Also, i think you'd need Saudis/OPEC to cut production to get that high a price for oil.
