Moneman is aka Robby- a stock promoter- who apparently has an axe to grind with the CEO ...Not so long ago he and his boss were heavily promoting the stock but now that his services are not required he has become embittered.... Moneman cannot be trusted in anyway...

Just my two cents worth... Hopefully this helps put Moneman's comments in context.

I remain hopeful that the merger will be completed. If so look for a significant move higher..
