LET-ME-CLARIFY-THE-ERBB-DEBENTURE-SITUATION-FOR-THE-MISINFORMED
First, Let me start by saying I have owned American Green for over a year and I was pretty new to msg boards at the time I found IHUB. NOW,that's different.
I did my homework BEFORE I bought ERBB. I knew about the DEBENTURES and I still bought the stock. WHY? Because I know that I am not always the smartest man in the room and I like what the company had to tell me and I like the fact that someone or multiple people wanted to risk their hard earned cash on this local company in the Marijuana Sector.
As you all know Penny Stocks are risky, but they can pay off BIG. This is why I invested in ERBB to get a BIG!!! return. Back to the DEBENTURES. Every start up company needs funding. Friends and Family fund companies with cash and debt. Companies go public to raise money by selling the company stock (equity) ERBB is no different.
DEBENTURES were issued to Investors in ERBB when the company had only a slim hope of making it in the brand new Marijuana industry. There was no ZAZZZ, there is now. There was no OGTEA there is now. There were no Truth Lights, there are now. There was no greensticksMD and there is now. There was no Jurassic Water and there is now. So before all of that. Someone was willing to Loan American Green money and AFTER a years time of waiting, they would have the chance to sell the stock they received for that loan!! So, in the beginning, would you have risked 1 MILLION Dollars at .0012? On a company that had only HOPE? Maybe if you had a LOT of money, and were possibly friends and family of the company, and wanted to help them out and have a chance to make some money yourself if American Green could make a business of the Marijuana Industry.
AGAIN, these shares were and all future DEBENTURES are restricted for a minimum of 1 year or longer. These are not shares that are free trading for " funding " the company which is what any " Lender " will gladly do with American Green now that they have built a business in the Marijuana Industry!!!
