That third place has no significance. It was obviously composed at the NIBA by the once and now gone PR company.

Reminds me of the many SCAM medical "sure cures" presented in great profusion on the internet in which TESTIMONIALS, also fake, are used instead of scientific research to present the value of the "medicine".

But I reckon that if zero results are considered good enough to generate a SELFIE LOAN, then that is bettern nothing. It does provide a paper trail for gifts to CDEX from the angels, through PEMCO, LLC.
