So you are looking forward to GRCU uplisting - has GRCU named a auditor - have they filed anything about the merger?
One of the great stinky Pinky promises is uplisting - although it isn't true uplisting the correct term should be fully reporting.

But I haven't seen GRCU file a Form 10 or a S-1 - they will have to do that before they can become fully reporting.

Just more false and misleading information in a press release for pumping purposes only.
