This guy is and has always been a scam....thats why the buyback is so complicated, because he knows people won't go through the hassle, and if they do then he'll say they did it wrong. Why does he need physical shares? That is outrageously ridiculous. He could just as easily have the broker do it electronically like every other company that does buybacks. This is just more scam to hold the price up what little he can as long as he can while he continues to dump-truck shares into the market. He is "buying" x shares while dumping y shares at the same time. Meanwhile, every useful asset this company ever had or could have had was spun off into other companies where he will play the exact same games all over again. WNTR is dead, GHCI and I-Texts are the next flip plays.....
