You are correct. 35 pages does seem like a large test-filing. The form 10 is only 4 pages. Audited f/s with detailed footnotes and auditor's opinion should be 10 pages, maybe 12 in length. That would leave another 19 pages for required resposnses and explanations. So, it might be that the "Test" filing was complete but the company wanted to be sure that it was formatted correctly. This is all supposition on my part, but may be supported by the company's blog from 2/17/15:
Hopefully this is not just wishful thinking on my/our part, but an Edgar filing prior to 2/28/15 Annual Shareholders Meeting might be outstanding and cause a real jump in the share price. Time will tell. Always does.
