I had a friend who invested in Maxim and lost 100% Maxim was run by dan Williams who now runs a company called Navitas land and mineral. He was run out after running Maxim into the ground. By the time it went public, Maxim was bankrupt. They changed the name to conquest petroleum and its .00000 something. As far as elias goes he was the main $$$ raiser for Maxim and received both $$$$ and stock for his services. Crooks run like wolves!! In packs
