On the front page of today's N.Y.Times, there's an article with the headline "In Kentucky Hills, a Home Security Bonanza." It concerns Hal Rogers, the "Prince of Pork" and his efforts to be certain ID cards are printed in KY. And just very recently, Gov. Fletcher was indicted for 3 misdemeanors over hiring practices. My question: Do either of these have anything to do with the overwhelming silence from ETCR or the 96 hour clock ETCR seems to use to mark each day's passage? TIA Dick L.
