Federal regulators have given hedgefunds the greenlight to do whatever they please. Some are offshore as in the Cayman Islands. Capital mgmt I think. These boys invest for the billionaires. They operate off shore because this allows them to get away from paying capital gains tax. It really an unregulated industry. Its not a secret and them being billionairs they have alot of political clout.
Its no telling how many firms may be guilty of the same things.
He is right in saying arrest all of us and lets get down to whats going on. Imprison the ones that are guilty. Shut them down and pull their licenses. If they would do this to a few and begin regulating the industry it may stop most of this who trade in this country. Plain and simple their crooks and their breaking the law.
