The debate of failed projects or Fraud with past management
has long been debated and I don't have the answer, but they
all seemed to end up with prior management blaming someone
else for the failures just before exiting, that has been a reoccuring pattern,

the biggest difference I have seen now is the dilution to the stock on the way out, I had never seen this before with our prior failures, and it's hurting us big time in my opinion.

For examply I threw in $1K when it went up to .0002 thinking finally we're on our way up again, only to see it go back down to .0001 a day or so later and then saw another 1/2 zillion or so shares trade at that price, so I bought another $1k at that price and the 0001's just kept on coming, so the amount it got diluted was just amazing (I also bought about $10k worth at 001 which shows you how bright I am).

So to me it comes down to if this guy is ligit or not, I want to say yes based on what he's putting out there (but then I thought prior people were too, so what does that say?)

The biggest difference I can see is this guy is saying look and what I've done and building on... and the prior faliures were based on the fact that they have not done anythig yet but one day soon (soon never came)

Bottom line, if this thing is ligit, and he's turning a profit and building this up from his $2m annual base, we all know this is worth a heck of a lot more when the dilution stops, and they start putting out actual PR's to the Public (right now the web realease are good but only people who have already invested really knows about them), so limited volume.

Anyhow, just how I'm looking at it,great potential and we've turned the corner... or is it just more of the same??? Should know pretty soon I would think..
