....A live submission is your intention to make an official filing. If it passes all validation criteria, it is accepted to Edgar, immediately disseminated to the public and subject to review by the SEC. A test submission is not and official filing. Test filings are never disseminated or reviewed by the SEC."

MRM surely is capable of properly formatting and submitting the Form 10 for HH. No need to have any sort of test filing if MRM is involved, except, of course, to further delay the filing.
